Check in

Considerations

For airport check-in, bear in mind the following

  • To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend arriving at the airport 2 hours in advance.
  • If you have checked in online and have no baggage to check in, arrive at least 1 hour in advance, and proceed to the departure gate for your flight, which is indicated on your boarding pass or on the airport screens.
  • If you have checked in online and have baggage to check, arrive at least 1.5 hours in advance and proceed to the Paranair counter area to check your baggage.
  • We recommend that you arrive at the boarding lounge before the final boarding time shown on your boarding pass.

Recommendations

Passengers traveling with infants and children

If you are traveling with an infant, remember that all infants, without exception, must have their own ticket.

Online check-in service is available only for adult passengers. For more information, please contact our Call Center.

Passengers with baggage

Passengers with baggage to check in should go to the Paranair counter for baggage check-in.

Dangerous goods are not permitted in carry-on baggage.

Remember that the authorities can open and inspect your bags, even if they are shrink-wrapped. If the plastic on your bag has been cut or removed, remember that, as an airline, we are not responsible for this inspection.

If you are taking connecting flights, your baggage will be checked to your final destination only if all flights are within a single Contract of Carriage. That is, if they are issued on one single ticket. Otherwise, when you make your connection, you must pick up your luggage and re-check it for your next flight. We recommend that you review the baggage policy of each airline you are flying with.

Arrival at the airport

You can check in at any time within the 48 hours prior to your flight. Make sure that you check in within the correct time frame, check your luggage, and then proceed to the correct boarding area for your particular airport.
